Customer Terms of Service
Effective 27 July 2026
These terms govern customer access to and use of DineDrop for browsing restaurants, placing orders, making payments and receiving deliveries.
Using DineDrop
- Provide accurate contact, delivery and payment information.
- Use DineDrop only for lawful personal or business food orders.
- Do not misuse accounts, promotions, payment receipts or order tracking.
Orders
An order is a request to purchase food from an independent restaurant partner. The order becomes accepted when the restaurant confirms it. Availability, preparation time and delivery estimates may change.
Pricing and payment
Prices, restaurant charges, delivery fees and any applicable taxes are shown before checkout. For bank-transfer orders, customers must upload a genuine payment receipt. DineDrop may place an order on hold while payment is checked.
Delivery
Customers must provide a complete address, reachable phone number and safe delivery location. Delivery time is an estimate and may be affected by weather, traffic, restaurant delays, rider availability or access restrictions.
Cancellations and refunds
Cancellations and refunds are handled under the Refund and Cancellation Policy. Approved refunds for bank transfers are returned manually after verification and may require the customer’s bank details.
Food and allergens
Restaurants are responsible for food preparation, ingredients, allergen information, packaging and food-safety compliance. Customers with allergies must contact the restaurant before ordering.
Liability
DineDrop provides marketplace and delivery coordination services. To the extent permitted by applicable law, DineDrop is not responsible for indirect loss, unavailable items, restaurant preparation decisions or information supplied by restaurants or customers.
Account action
DineDrop may suspend or close accounts involved in fraud, abusive conduct, unsafe behaviour, false payment evidence or repeated misuse.
Governing rules
These terms are governed by the applicable laws and regulations of the Maldives. DineDrop may update these terms and will publish the revised effective date.
These policies are operational launch documents and should be reviewed by a qualified Maldives legal adviser as DineDrop grows.
