Privacy Policy

This policy explains what DineDrop collects, why it is used and how customer, restaurant and rider information is handled.

Information collected

  • Name, email address, phone number and account identifiers.
  • Delivery address, landmark and delivery instructions.
  • Order, restaurant, payment method and receipt information.
  • Restaurant business, menu and contact information.
  • Rider identity, vehicle, phone, assignment and earnings information.
  • Technical information such as browser, device, session and security logs.

How information is used

  • Create and secure accounts.
  • Process, prepare, assign, deliver and support orders.
  • Verify bank-transfer receipts and investigate fraud.
  • Calculate restaurant commissions and rider earnings.
  • Improve reliability, safety and customer service.
  • Meet legal, accounting and operational requirements.

Sharing

Order information is shared only as needed: restaurants receive preparation details; assigned riders receive pickup, customer and delivery details; administrators receive operational and payment information. DineDrop does not sell personal information.

Payment receipts

Uploaded receipts may contain personal banking information. They are used only for payment verification, dispute handling and required financial records, and should not be publicly accessible.

Retention

Information is kept only as long as reasonably required for account operation, order history, settlement, fraud prevention, disputes, accounting and legal obligations.

Security

DineDrop uses access controls, authenticated sessions and restricted storage. No online system is completely risk-free, so users should protect passwords and report suspicious activity promptly.

Your choices

  • Request correction of inaccurate profile information.
  • Request account closure, subject to records that must be retained.
  • Choose not to provide optional information, although some services may then be unavailable.

Updates

Material changes will be published on this page with a new effective date.
